  I loved staying at the Westin, it was the best hotel i have stayed in, staff couldn't have been any nicer or helpful, room was amazing and spotless, the bed was as stated - heavenly. Could have probably spent the weekend in the room it was so nice. Will definitely stay at the Westin again if in Rotterdam. - Excellent staff and room.   The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and informative. We have never visited Rotterdam before and did not know much about where to go and things to do. Upon arrival, the receptionist provided us with a map of the city and also recommended a selection of places to go out for drinks, where to eat and how to get around.   The cleaning attendant did a superb job in the daily clean up of the room. The hotel staff were also quite friendly and appreciative. I would definitely go back there if i visit Rotterdam. - I liked the breakfast. it was humble, but sincere. The staff of the hotel was kind. The room was spacious.
