What a place to escape to from the mayhem of the souks of the old Medina and the travails of the daily drudgery -
The staff were very attentive and friendly. Thank you to Majid for delicious breakfast and great service. Great hostess who was checking on guests' feedback on daily basis. We appreciated being showed the way to the main square the first evening and that there was always a member of staff waiting on the corner of the main street to escort us to the riad late at night. Great facilities and atmosphere to escape the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh medina.

service we received was excellent. We stayed here for 4 nights whilst on
our honeymoon in Marrakech. The owners, Charlotte & Patrice are

Riad Itrane was perfect in every way. Even before we arrived we had been
made to feel welcome by the owners, Charlotte contacting us the week
before to offer a driver to pick us up from the airport at a reasonable
price, and a very delicious meal at the Riad the night we arrived (also
a very reasonable price). An absolutely beautifully decorated riad
awaited us, and if like us you've been searching the hundreds of

We stayed 2 nights with room and breakfast. The room and bathroom were
large with all the amenities needed. The buffet breakfast offered an
extensive choice and was also very well presented. The restaurant staff
was plentiful but seemed disinterested in serving the guests. However

The hotel has an excellent swimming pool, ideal for relaxing and for the kids to play. Rooms are spacious and with luxury level on the details.
The hotel is 10 min away from the medina by taxi.
The staff is friendly and very professional.
Food is offered as buffet or as standard menu on the two available restaurants.
The quality of both is exceptional.

The place is extremely nice with huge swimming pools. Everybody was friendly including the manager, the girls at the reception; Lamya, kawther and others, as well as the guys who work in the restaurant whether for breakfast, lunch or dinner. All drinks such as wines and beer

All in all I had a very relaxing time so I extended my stay for t - We only spent 4 days ovrethere , and we must admit that everything was perfect.
Pool was 27degres heated, a dream in juanary, we also enjoyed the room which was very clean.
Staff is almost presentS to give you a help. We had meals at noon on the terrasse , in front of the pool.
The All enclusive formula, is a reality and you do not have to open your purse every second.
At night, you have your meal a the huge restaurant where you'll find food that suits you.
We do recommand highly this

The room was understated luxury. Sumptuous bed and pillows. Bright white linen. Lovely design with a local Moroccan influence in its elegant simplicity. Staff were lovely, helpful but not pushy. The pool and pool area was lovely in the sun, as was breakfast on my balcony and downstairs where a wonderful buffet breakfast was served. -

Breakfast was the same everyday but there was enough to choose from.
The design of the hotel was well thought out and stylish enough without being pretentious or intimidating
