  I had a great time at Riad d'Or. It was exactly the type of accommodation I was looking for: one representing the legendary Moroccan hospitality. This means for me good food, laid-back atmosphere, water presence, beautiful Arab decoration, smiling ladies and attentive gentlemen. They would go up from the reception till the roof - Tthe “Superior Quadruple Room” (the Pacha room if you are looking at the riad’s website) easily accommodated two married couples (one double bed and two twin beds that the staff had pushed together) in somewhat separated/private areas. The room also had a comfortable couch on which a short person or child could sleep. The common areas of this riad are among the most intricately, ornately, and opulently decorated (in a good way) of any in which I have stayed. Lots of hot water. Staff was friendl

Hotel is five minutes on foot from bus station, 50 meters from sand dunes. Don't expect much comfort, but rooms are lovely, shared toilet and shower ok too, always good hot water. He was very welcoming and friendly. He prepared us the best cous cous ever and also arranged us a camel trip, so we didnt have to look elsewhere.
