Me,travelling all by myself as awoman,I felt so comfortable, warmly welcomed and spoilt by the whole staff !! I had a great time and I enjoyed coming home in the afternoon from my inspiring trip through this awesome town of Marrakech,into this peaceful Riad Croix Berbere!! We booked this riad based on the strength of it's reviews and were not disappointed. The riad is beautiful, with rooms set around a courtyard and was a relaxing retreat after the heat and bustle of the Medina. We were made to feel incredibly welcome by everyone there who couldn't have done more to help us enjoy our stay - even offering mint tea

The breakfasts in the riad were delicious and there was no shortage of food - fruit salad, egg, panc -
The service was excellent with all the staff, especially the Manager
Corinne, all very helpful with great suggestions and tips on where to go
and how to get around. Gorgeous interior, great meals, awesome hammam
and massage treatments, going the extra mile to call taxis, confirm
reservations, etc. Felt like our stay was completely personalized for us
(a 30something couple) but also saw other guests with young children,
adult mom & daughter, etc. Everyone seemed to be having an equally

Brilliant service from the staff - they were always willing to cater to our needs, such as eating on the roof terrace or helping us arrange dinners. Rooms are really cozy too and the overall Riad decor is beautifully simple. -

1. Location: The riad is 15mins drive from the airport. The taxi can drop you at the doorstep unlike many other Riads which are located in the narrow lanes of the Medina and have to be reached on foot. Which can prove to be an overwhelming experience when you have just arrived in th

The Riad is very nice, we had a nice breakfast every morning and got an upgrade of our room for free. The room had aircon, was cleaned everyday and the bathroom is perfect. The swimming pool is small, but if you just want to cool down it's a perfect size! I would absolutely recommend it. It's a ten minute walk from the 'Jema el fnaa' square in a quiet neighborhoud.

Lovely Riad, from the moment you walk in, it is an oasis of calm. Such a welcome surprise from the walk to the door through the busy, bustling streets of the Medina. We stayed in Anyssates Suite, was lovely room, traditional but very comfortable.

The building is great with a traditional riad style. The open terrace was lovely and secluded; perfect for breakfast and sunbathing. The staff were very friendly and offered to arrange tours etc for us. The restaurant was a special treat with gorgeous French cuisine. The location is perfect; close enough to the medina to walk there easily but far enough away to be a quiet retreat.

Treated ourselves to a ham -
Atmospheric, aesthetically attractive with a delightful roof garden and
courtyards, beautiful rooms that have very comfortable beds and
excellent shower facilities and very helpful staff who related to you
and were always friendly. Haman was first rate. Ideal for couples and
singles but not, I would think, for families, and not ideal if you at
all disabled because there are steep steps to the upper floors and roof
garden. A bit difficult to find but you can ring and the staff come to
guide you
