I loved this place. The staff were genuine and friendly, and the riad is absolutely gorgeous. We booked the Warda room, which means rose in Arabic, and there were roses and rose petals everywhere inside, which was a nice touch. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, they made us feel like we were at home. The riad was beautiful, modern and clean but had a traditional feel to it. We would stay again if we have the opportunity. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and it was nice to feel like the only people in the riad (private). Lovely, lovely Riad. William and Khansa were very welcoming . Arrived in the evening so we were very pleased with being picked up at the airport and guided to the Riad through the crazy evening traffic! We were given a delicious meal in front of an open fire, much needed.

A very pleasant place to stay in Marrakesh. Whilst in the middle of the busy Medina, it is totally quiet and relaxing which is great after a day of exploring the Medina, sightseeing and shopping in the nearby huge souk.
We were received very well and Khansa took exceptionally well care of us, on a couple of occasions way above expectations!
Breakfast was excellent and different each day.
We also received good advice on restaurants, shopping and things to see.

I told the hotel the stay was a 60º birthday gift for my husband, and they invited us for a special cake, and they gave us a superior suite than the one I reserved.
The best location to visit the city. We have the better experience for all our travels. If you want to visit Marrakesh, stay in Les Jardins de La Koutoubia.

By spa, I am thinking of the hammam. Perfect place to stay, near to the
centre and yet very quiet in the Riad itself. Spotlessly clean
throughout and generally everything is kept to a very high standard. I
can't speak highly enough of the staff....they were so very very
helpful and everything was done with a genuine smile. My husband was
ill while we were there (nothing to do with food in the Riad I might
add) and had to have a day of medical care. I can't believe the

The riad is inside a small alley, not far away from the palace. The room is small but well democrated. Wifi is weak inside the room. But the common area is comfortable.

Good hotel. Location very good; service very good and friendly. Special attention for our anniversary without asking. Try to have a rrom with an ocean view. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were a party of 17 adults, and they catered for all of our needs. Arranged transport to the airport, provided local advice, and generally there to help. Very relaxing stay with good clean facilities.

il riad è molto vicino alla piazza centrale e comunque non troppo interno nella miriade di vicoli che ci sono a Marrakech, il riad sembra essere nuovo e ben curato piccolo e silenzioso.
