The Riad was very clean throughout and the location was excellent - around a nice 5 minutes walk to the Jemaa el Fna and also very close to a number of other tourist sites.
The staff were excellent...very friendly and helpful in any requests that we had. During our stay, it was my wife's birthday and as a surprise, the staff at the Riad surprised my wife with a cake & flowers on the rooftop along with decorating our room really nicely with rose petals scattered on our bed saying "Happy Birt

For those of you that found Eden Andalou Hotel & Resort not satisfactory, I would like to say that it is as good as it possibly can get in Marrakech. It is clean, rooms are spacious, there are several bars and restaurants and the service is GOOD! Be aware that it is located a 15 minute drive away from the city in the countryside, but the hotel

Very good family room, stylishly designed hotel. Kids club staff very good and enthusiastic. Waiting staff attentive, check in staff friendly. Very quiet at night so excellent sleep. Hotel very clean. Having heating in the room was very welcome as it dropped to 10 degrees when we were there.

The bed was So comfortable. They had English tv channels. The view (atlas) and balcony. Air con was pumping. So nice to come back to after hectic time at markets. Recommend pizza by the pool at Oasis lounge. -

The children loved the pools and slides. The food was good, the rooms were nice. If you want to travel to Marrakech for the shopping, and you have children with you this is a great hotel to keep you all happy. I have stayed in a beautiful riad before in the medina, but the children would have hated it. Aqua fun club is a great compromise. It's cle

there was very little queing for rides. Safe for older children to go
round on their own to leave us to lie by one of many pools. Good variety
of good quality food available all day long. Plentiful drinks including

The hotel has an excellent swimming pool, ideal for relaxing and for the kids to play. Rooms are spacious and with luxury level on the details.
The hotel is 10 min away from the medina by taxi.
The staff is friendly and very professional.
Food is offered as buffet or as standard menu on the two available restaurants.
The quality of both is exceptional.

Good hotel. Location very good; service very good and friendly. Special attention for our anniversary without asking. Try to have a rrom with an ocean view. il riad è molto vicino alla piazza centrale e comunque non troppo interno nella miriade di vicoli che ci sono a Marrakech, il riad sembra essere nuovo e ben curato piccolo e silenzioso.
