For those of you that found Eden Andalou Hotel & Resort not satisfactory, I would like to say that it is as good as it possibly can get in Marrakech. Very good family room, stylishly designed hotel. Kids club staff very good and enthusiastic. Waiting staff attentive, check in staff friendly. Very quiet at night so excellent sleep. Hotel very clean. Having heating in the room was very welcome as it dropped to 10 degrees when we were there.

Excellent location and amazing staff!!! My boyfriend and I stayed in this riad after coming from a 3 day trip from the desert, we were exhausted and the staff was great at making us relax and feel comfortable. Smiles and mint tea when you arrive, what else do you need?! You're 3 min away walking to Djemma el Fna!

It is located in the medina but it was so quiet at night and even during the day. It was very well located within the medina too. Loved it thank you. - The owners - Stephane and Sylvie were so welcoming and helpful - nothing was too much trouble.The other staff were very friendly and helpful too.We were made to feel very at home. Good hotel. Location very good; service very good and friendly. Special attention for our anniversary without asking. Try to have a rrom with an ocean view. It is worth the price. - I appreciated the welcome and service in the room. The private beach is well cared for and the pool is functional. Hotels on to expectations.

All in all I had a very relaxing time so I extended my stay for t - We only spent 4 days ovrethere , and we must admit that everything was perfect.
Pool was 27degres heated, a dream in juanary, we also enjoyed the room which was very clean.
Staff is almost presentS to give you a help. We had meals at noon on the terrasse , in front of the pool.
The All enclusive formula, is a reality and you do not have to open your purse every second.
At night, you have your meal a the huge restaurant where you'll find food that suits you.
We do recommand highly this

I loved this place. The staff were genuine and friendly, and the riad is absolutely gorgeous. We booked the Warda room, which means rose in Arabic, and there were roses and rose petals everywhere inside, which was a nice touch. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, they made us feel like we were at home. The riad was beautiful, modern and clean but had a traditional feel to it. We would stay again if we have the opportunity. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and it was nice to feel like the only people in the riad (private). What I really appreciated was on the day of checking out we had done some site seeing, the staff held our bags til about 5 PM, when we came back they offered us Moroccan tea or

Lovely Riad, from the moment you walk in, it is an oasis of calm. Such a welcome surprise from the walk to the door through the busy, bustling streets of the Medina. We stayed in Anyssates Suite, was lovely room, traditional but very comfortable.

A great place to stay in the centre of the Medina. Francoisse was so friendly and helpful and really made the stay very special. We wanted to be within walking distance from the stadium for the World Cup game, so it was perfect 20 minute walk away. The staff is very accommodating. The food was good. The bathroom was stocked with amazing gels and lotions. It was quiet and very private.
