We stayed at La Mason Arabe for 3 nights. It was such a wonderful
experience, at first glance when you are dropped off by the taxi and
walk through the narrow ally you would bet apprehensive as to wht lays
ahead. The minute the door is opened for you, you will get engilfed into

We had a lovely stay at La Maison Arabe. While it could never be
called cheap, it was well worth the money we spent. The staff are
absolutely lovely, the hotel is beautiful. Our room was stunning,
perfectly clean, quite large. We were given a complementary half
bottle of wine on arrival.
We spent the afternoon at the country club which was perfect - it's 10/15 minutes in a shuttle bus. The staff there are amazing, I was told "here, everything is easy", which it was! We ate lunch here, which was

A beautiful, modern and luxurious Riad with outstanding staff who
really make sure your stay is relaxed and enjoyable. We can absolutely
recommend a stay here - it is the personal service on top of the

Three nights, March 2013. This hotel is a very special place. It was our
first visit to Marrakech, and despite our travel books we really had not
gotton our heads around the "Riad" thing. Arriving hot and
slightly anxious, we stepped through a door into a courtyard oasis of
beauty and tranquillity. &Quot;Reception" took the form of a mint

We loved our stay in Riad Houdou because of the beauty of the place, and
the kindness and attention of Eric and Didier, the hotel proprietors,
and all the lovely staff. I went with my two elderly aunts and we had a
fantastic time. They made every effort to ensure that the place was
comfortable and beautiful while respecting the Moroccan style and

From the start, we were made to feel very welcome. Even before we reached the hotel, the owners had worked out that our plane had been delayed (diverted to Agadir because of a sandstorm) and adjusted the evening meal for us.
The ambience of the hotel was very relaxing, with a quiet courtyard and plunge pool for reflection and reading during the heat of the day. Flowers in all the rooms really did add something extra. And the turtles were a star attraction - role models for contemplation.

We've stayed in Marrakech many times and had the chance to try many
riads and other larger hotels in the "Hivernage" and
"Palmeraie" areas. Our conclusion is that Riad Alwachma
probably offers one of the best value for money in Marrakech and it has
become our home whenever we visit the city.
The riad offers the traditional Moroccan architecture and deco which visitors typically want to experience in Marrakech. The rooms are large enough, clean and comfortable. You can rest on the quiet terrasse

A beautiful, romantic place to stay, just 10 minutes walk from Jan Fna and the wonderful souks of Marrakech. The rose pettles scattered on the bed, a relaxing hamam and pretty mosaic pool really made this place number one! Also the staff are so warm and friendly and the evening meal was delicious! We spent 4 nights in the Riad and the owners are very friendly and want to make your stay as comfortable and perfect as possible. The breakfast on the terrace by the pool is a lovely experience to wake up to every day. The Riad has a very relaxing atmosphere, is beautifully decorated and is so clean. Breakfast is served whenever you want it so no rushing around to wake up early and the owners let us check out of our room late (6pm) on leaving day which was great. A very enjoyable trip!
