  This Riad is, simply, perfect! Before we had even arrived the customer service we received was excellent. We stayed here for 4 nights whilst on our honeymoon in Marrakech. Lovely traditional Moroccan decor, well appointed rooms, good pool. Food was also really good. Was also able to communicate with the staff via email before arrival to arrange our stay. Location was excellent, close to the Djemaa el fna, easy to find yet peaceful and quiet. We would not hesitate to stay at Riad Kaiss again.

  The staff and owner were excellent - friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Usef (Yosef??) even led us out of Marrakech on his motorbike so we would not get lost on our way out. The rooms were good, the bed comfortable, the bathroom however was extremely tiny and the tile, in my opinion, could have used a bit more scrubbing around the sink area.
