Their ex-nanny pastry chef taught the kids (aged 7 & 9) how to make Moroccan pastries while Pierre - the ultra stylish manager who curates everything in the hotel with a connoisseur's - Staff were very warm and friendly (in particular the Manageress). Lovely traditional Moroccan decor, well appointed rooms, good pool. Food was also really good. Was also able to communicate with the staff via email before arrival to arrange our stay. Location was excellent, close to the Djemaa el fna, easy to find yet peaceful and quiet. We would not hesitate to stay at Riad Kaiss again.

The roofterass with it's restaurant and cozy seatingareas and amazing - Beautiful riad in Marrakech. Easy to reach by taxi as just within the old wall. All suites were gorgeous and individual and very spacious. Extremely clean and fantastic public areas. Rooftop, pool and sitting areas all very relaxing and welcoming. Cooking class was a great experience and worth the visit to the market for produce with the local chef.

It was such a wonderful experience, at first glance when you are dropped off by the taxi and walk through the narrow ally you would bet apprehensive as to wht lays ahead.
