Lovely traditional Moroccan decor, well appointed rooms, good pool. Food was also really good. Was also able to communicate with the staff via email before arrival to arrange our stay. Location was excellent, close to the Djemaa el fna, easy to find yet peaceful and quiet. We would not hesitate to stay at Riad Kaiss again.

We found the room a little smaller than we expected and didn't have room for our luggage, however the en suite was spacious and well appointed and we were able to leave one suitcase there. The traditional breakfast was provided in an abundance along the lines of cakes, pancakes, doughnuts and breads, with Moroc - The staff is super: from Youssef, the riad manager, to Hicham, they've all been fantastic in assisting us for whatever we needed. The position is also a relevant plus: it is located in a small, quiet street though at a walking distance from Place Jamaa El Fna.
