  Beautiful Riad, staff were friendly and knowledgeable. When we arrived the owner greeted us and fave us plenty of information about Marrakech and ideas on what to do and see. Great breakfast too! We would definitely stay here again! - Abdallah, the riad keeper at night is one of the most helpful people I've ever encountered.

The rooms are elegant and comfortable with everything that you need. Hot water, extra radiators, toiletries, safe deposit box. The common lounge is very cosy and the manager prepares excellent food that is served in there. Roof terrace is a great place to relax. Location is perfect, central, yet quiet. There is staff at hand at all times. The manager is able to arrange daytrips, spa or any other touristy activities. Excellent service and experience throughout

Lovely traditional Moroccan decor, well appointed rooms, good pool. Food was also really good. Was also able to communicate with the staff via email before arrival to arrange our stay. Location was excellent, close to the Djemaa el fna, easy to find yet peaceful and quiet. We would not hesitate to stay at Riad Kaiss again.

  Treated us so well - nothing was too much trouble. We were welcomed with mint tea and sweet treats and the faultless service continued from there. We were two mums travelling with our kids.   This was a lovely place to stay for a few nights while we were in Marrakesh. Full of atmosphere and Moroccan character. Not luxury but beautiful design, furniture and features. We had the two rooms on the ground floor with the courtyard and pool between them where we had breakfast - which was plentiful. The place was very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. - The relaxation of the riad was wonderful, you would never know of all the hustle & bustle going on outside. The roof top area was lovely. Very friendly staff, nothing was any trouble for them. They were always helpful with advise, making reservations & booking taxi's. Some of us had been before & would recommend an organised trip to the Altlas mountains & to see how the other half live at the NIkki beach! Some good shopping for souvenirs.
