Everything was perfect, the building itself was beautiful and a great environment to stay in. Breakfast was delicious - it was more or less the same every day but there was enough varietey within that (sweet pastries, three types of pancakes, homemade yoghurt, bread and more) to keep our tastbuds happy for a whole week. An amazing Riad!!
The rooms are all beautiful. The staff is very friendly and Frederique (the owner) is a wonderful host who even went to pick us up at the Jemma el Fna Square because we got lost the first day.
Additionally, as it was low season, she gave us a free extra room to be more comfortable.
Just wonderful, I hope to go back someday ... I really recommend it 100%

The building is great with a traditional riad style. The open terrace was lovely and secluded; perfect for breakfast and sunbathing. The staff were very friendly and offered to arrange tours etc for us. The restaurant was a special treat with gorgeous French cuisine. The location is perfect; close enough to the medina to walk there easily but far enough away to be a quiet retreat.

The location of Riad Anya is very central and in a safe,quiet area, the decor of the riad was fabulous,with many shaded areas with comfortable seating just perfect for relaxing.the roof terrace was ideal for catching the sun and the pool just perfect for cooling off.The twin room on the first floor we shared was spacious , airy , comfortable and very clean. If you are planning a trip to Marrakech, you definitely have to book this Riad. Every time you enter the Riad it feels like coming home. The staff is friendly and helps you with everything. I told the hotel the stay was a 60º birthday gift for my husband, and they invited us for a special cake, and they gave us a superior suite than the one I reserved.
The best location to visit the city. We have the better experience for all our travels. If you want to visit Marrakesh, stay in Les Jardins de La Koutoubia.
