The staff wear very friendly and helpful and kind with my kids.
The housekeeper was fantastic to look after our room.
The breakfast was very good and my kids liked it.
We liked every things in the hotel.
I was really relax for my 6 days holiday spent in this hotel with my family. -

Very pleasant hotel, with impressive atrium seating area, decent pool and clay tennis courts. Essentially it's a sort of French version of a Thompsons hotel. Good breakfast, large room and ideally placed for exploring Marrakech (see guide below). Would certainly recommend Les Idrissides.

The family rooms are fantastic. You could lose yourself in the suite. The rooms were really spaceous, great faccilities, hotel really gets everyone involved with alot of events taking place, pools were great, easy to exchange money. The maids cleaning the room used the towels to create patterns etc on the beds which the kids really loved. They also always left sweets and rose petals on the beds every nice was was great. this is a typical city hotel. The glass of tea and a pastry on arrival
was welcome, and car parking was easy. Clean, comfortable, and an
excellent buffet breakfast by the pool, which sadly we didn't have

Its a traditionell arabic hotel with the traditionell arabic friendlyness and service. There is no alcohol and no smoking in the hotel and its all about serving the guest and making him feel like at home. We loved this hotel and especcially his employees. Tho hotel is near to many sight seeings and nice places and the pool is big enough to do a good swimm, great hotel for a good price, we loved it.

This was my first trip to Morocco and my first experience of staying at a hotel in this country. Although I only stayed for one night I must say that the welcome we received by the receptionist was wonderful. He was extremely warm, helpful and attentive considering we arrived at 00.30 in the morning.The room was very spacious considering there were three single beds in the room. The room was also clean.
