From the first moment we arrived the owner and his staff made us feel very welcome and we really felt at home immediately.
The decoration and service in this Ryad is fantastic down to the very last little detail.

Ryad Watier was an amazing B&B. Large, spacious and nicely-decorated
rooms! Jean Gabriel, the owner, was so outgoing, friendly and
accommodating. He was very helpful when my boyfriend had a fever.
Additionally, the staff is very friendly and helpful and dinners are top-
quality. Essaouira was our favorite city, although a bit more touristy
than other Moroccan cities, the beach has great watersports and lots of
activities and great restaurants. We really enjoyed our time at Ryad

The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, they made us feel like we were at home. The riad was beautiful, modern and clean but had a traditional feel to it. We would stay again if we have the opportunity. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and it was nice to feel like the only people in the riad (private). This place is a little gem, right in the heart of the medina in an ideal location. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. We stayed in the room right on the top floor with the roof terrace. It is the smallest room in the riad but still plenty of space. The bathroom is small but adequate with a fantastic powerful shower with plenty of hot water. Dar Liouba was excellent in every way. The room was warm and comfortable and the location was perfect. The highlight was the time spent at the dining table. A beautiful Riad located in the heart of the Medina, with very warm welcoming staff who pay great attention to detail and convenience of guests, makes this an ideal place to explore the lovely city. All the staff- particularly Fatima and Yussef are a real asset to this hotel. Their help made our stay very enjoyable with useful advice and suggestions throughout.

Owner is fantastic. Provided lots of information. The Riad was very
clean, well designed and all around one of our favorite on our two week
trip in Morocco. My friend and I also tried the Hamman and that was one
of the best, as, I have tried a few. It was nice to be able to head to
the room right after. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace or below was
also one of our best. Not just the usual, but nice touches like homemade
yogurt, fruit etc. I would highly recommend this riad and would easily

Incredible! The couple that manages the Riad is amazing, they will
treat you as you have never been greater before (the day we left the
husband woke up at 5:30am to prepare us the breakfast because we had to
leave at 7:00am). The rooms are spacious and the views on most of them

The choice of the riad was important for us as we aimed at spending 7 days in Essaouira. Luckily,
we could not choose better than the riad La Fontaine Bleue. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms with a view on the ocean are very nice and comfortable (e.g. the room called Zoulikha).
The riad also offers very nice dinners. I offered help and they allowed me to help in the kitchen so that I could learn how to prepare a wonderful couscous royal and chat with the staff about life

Our little apartment was so nice, with a little view of the beach and Mogador, and just the right size for the two of us.
if you like to sunbath and don't want to go to the beach, they have a big big terrace. And a perfect place to follow the sun rise in the morning or go down in the evening.
Clean, did anyone say clean? This place was spotless. And I really mean spotless. A quiet little place with no drunk people.
Good beds clean towels everyday. They even did my washing-up.

Near to the market street and souks. Great view of the city and ocean
from the roof. Wonderful staff. You could stay in the big beach front
hotels outside the city walls for easier parking and such, but, for my
money, I'd much rather stay at the Jade Mogador in the bustling

This was our second stay in Dar Dayana.
The rooms are beautifully decorated, the breakfast plentiful. The owners Patrick and Odile are helpful, kind and it feels more like visiting good friends. The staff Hakima and Adil are taking care of you as if you were royals. Personal and very friendly service.

Very friendly and committed owners with a lovely riad. They helped us with renting a car and stuff like that. We also had a nice evening with them and a bottle of wine. A real 1001 nights experience. As soon as you open the front door you feel at home in the amazing courtyard. Location was fine and all very clean. After 3 weeks Morocco we've had our share of hotels and riads, but if we come back it will be to this place.
