  The staff wear very friendly and helpful and kind with my kids. The housekeeper was fantastic to look after our room. The breakfast was very good and my kids liked it.   We particularly liked the location of the hotel. It was very close to a shopping mail, and not far from the souk. The room was excellent and comfortable. I just want to add the staff were exceptionally, we were very much welcomed and felt like royalty. It really does help if you either speak French or Arabic.
