Daichan house is a small guest house of a little family. They are so
kind and helpfull. Daichan helped us a lot during our stay at Yakushima.
He helped us to know every detail about how to go to each place we
wanted to visit and he helped us too to reach most of the places. I
recommend this guesthouse to every traveller who want to stay at
Yakushi

We had a room with view onto the Chinese sea. It was really nice. There
was a big pot of cold Team in the fridge everyday which we enjoyed a
lot. We had breakfast included which was very nice Japanese style
breakfast with a variety of 7 different dishes right at you table and
yoghurt, toast and pancakes available at the buffet.

Amazing staff, drove us to the port, to the grocery store and again to
the port at 6.30 am in the morning. Offered to dry our clothes in the
drying area knowing that we went kiyaking in the day. Even though we
forgot to take them in the morning, they are senting it to us!! Prepared

Very close to Miyanouro port and a supermarket just across the street. Ideal if you plan to rent a car, if not there are probably more scenic locations elsewhere on the island. Very clean, almost seemed newly built. Nice breakfast with local specialities. Did not have dinner but it looked very good also. -
