The staff was very competent and friendly.
They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and appreciated.
I also enjoyed it's small, well designed size. It enabled me to get to know the other guests.

The rooms are tired and need upgrading. They could do with install another router to make the internet more accessible in all rooms.
Inside the room at insects inside crawling and the face basin was not together with the toilet boil and the shower curtain was dirty.
Food.
Water leak in the ceiling. When it started to rain, water pored down right into the bed.
the night porter was very rude , we awoke him when we arrived. insisted on cash payment when we arrived. only for it was after midnight i would have gone else where.
