Staff were friendly and the hotel was well situated for the business area of Kingston. The hotel was a comfortable business biased hotel in which there were facilities to relax for a prolonged business stay but probably not for a family holiday. The breakfast, stated as "continental", in fact included two cooked selections. -

Scotchies Jerk Chicken is within walking distance on Chelsea Ave, and is a local favorite I have stayed at a few other hotels in the area, and for business travel, this is my new favorite.

The hotel was awesome. It has nice marble tile floors, beautiful
artwork. The staff was absolutely friendly, courteous and attentive. I
was very posh and had many of the latest amenities like rfid room keys,
smart tvs in each room, great shower and restroom. The decor was great.

Restaurant was very good for dinner; perhaps less so for breakfast (limited choice).
My room and bathroom were recently renovated and comfortable.
Gym and reasonable pool.
Excellent bar and staff.
Close to Devon House and Bob Marley´s House as well as downtown business district and New Kingston.

This hostal is well run by friendly efficient staff. There is a great
outdoor bar and socialising area which is perfect to meet other
travellers. The free breakfast and internet access is much appreciated.

The staff was friendly. the other guests were friendly and basically mind their own business. The accommodation was worth the money if you are travelling alone and just need somewhere to sleep and relax. The internet connection was reliable. I liked the hostel and would go back again as it is a very good concept.

First off the staff at reception were very welcoming. Within 3 minutes were were sorted out and offered a complimentary drink. We had arrived early for booking and the staff was kind enough to ask the manager to have a room ready sooner since we were travelling with 3 kids. I really like the character of the buidling. of the design were excellent. The WiFi was free and ubiquitous. The
