  We chose the Al Caval for its location by the lake. Our room had a balcony with glimpses of the lake through the trees. Not a huge room but comfortable with everything we needed for an overnight stay. Easy to find and good car parking. Our room had a fridge and a large terrace. Breakfast was the best of the three hotels we stayed in at Lake Garda. Staff very friendly and eager to please. Good price.   Everything at this hotel was great! The young man at reception upon our arrival was exceptionally helpful. Our room was delightful, and had a balcony overlooking the lake, and the ferry departure point.
