  We liked everything about San Lorenzo. It is only a few km from a major highway that runs between Siena and exits to the great Tuscan wine hill towns as well as just over an hour to Assisi. Yet when you are there it seems like you are far from a highway and deep into the beautiful Tuscan countryside. The setting is wonderful. It would have - Everything was perfect. The room was large, the queen bed was comfortable, sheets crisp and clean, the ensuite bathroom had a great shower, heated towel racks and lots of room to move around. It was immaculate. The wifi signal was excellent. The grounds are well manicured and there are cosy seating areas throughout. Free parking was safe and secure.
