  The service & food were excellent, both in the hotel (set themed dinner menu) and the linked restaurant (a la carte), and our suite was very comfortable - jacuzzi bath, separate shower, balcony. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We went in September to go walking, using public transport. The Val Gardena combined bus & ski-lift pass... cosa dice la gente » is excellent (bus goes as far as Bolzano), and there is a bus stop right outside the hotel. This was a return visit after 2 years; standards have bee - Nice, helpfull, and very friendly staff. The best location in Santa Cristina. Charming rooms. We had wonderfull view from our balcony.

  I loved the private sauna access. It costs 10 Euros per person, but was great after a day of hiking. Location is great, you can reach amazing trails going up both sides of the valley by foot. View, kitchen, nice design.
