  Travelling alone, I arrived late after a very hard day's cycling in the rain, having made a late Internet booking that same evening. Although the hotel was actually closed that day to new guests, everyone was very helpful, sorting out a room very quickly; very friendly, helping me with my Italian; made me something to eat accommodating my vegan/v... cosa dice la gente » egetarian requests. Lovely peaceful night's sleep in a beautiful surrounding - very very hilly. Very close to San Miniato which is a very pretty old - The service from the owner's daughter was excellent! The location also good (a short walk from the centre of San Miniato). The wine! :-)
