  On first entry you might be forgiven for thinking this place is not what I expected. It is a dormitory hotel, only bar snacks and breakfast served, but the rooms are modern, very spacious, quiet and very comfortable with a fabulous ensuite room. What Stifter does is provide good accommodation at a fair price: a base to work from to visit the many villages and valleys on - From first arrival until leaving, this family run hotel is everything a hotel should be. Modern, clean and fresh in design, but with old fashioned hospitality, a lot of larger hotel chains would do emulate this very reasonable priced oasis. I look forward to my next trip soon.
