Location was so convenient. We walked everywhere. Loved being near
Piazza Navone. Lots of restaurants and shops close by. We stayed in the
smallest room but every amenity was provided with good taste and
thoughtfulness. Mini fridge was stocked with drinks and snacks at no

The staff's attention to detail and service was impeccable. From the
moment we arrived we were greeted with coffee while we waited to be
checked in. The room was the cutest thing ever with a window overlooking
the streets of Rome (it felt like a movie). Breakfast was served on time
and there was so much to choose from. When it was time for us to check
out, the staff went out of their way to get us to the airport on time.
Three days after our stay we realized we forgot our IPad in the safety
box

An excellent little guest house situated on the walls of the Vatican. 10 minutes walk from St Peters at most and about the same distance from the nearest metro stop. You enter through a large door next to a fantastic ice cream shop. Through a courtyard and up some stairs. The room was small but smartly furnished. Free wifi and toiletries supplied too. The location is fantastic and the staff were helpful. The most important thing is that is fantastic value for money in Rome.

Our entire stay at Piazza di Spagna Prestige was a marvel. This is a
beautiful boutique hotel, where each of the rooms has its own distinct
character and charm, and they are all classy, harmonious, and
comfortable. The staff is exceptionally nice, and the owner Giovanna
takes care of any request you might have. Before our visit, I informed
her that we were coming to Rome to get married, and she then upgraded us

We liked everything about this cosy and home away from home hotel. The location is perfect for shopping and sightseeing - a 1 minute walk to Spanish steps. Lots of cafes and restaurants in the area, a food store is 5 min walk. The location was excellent. It is a quiet, clean and comfortable accommodation with air con and a small refrigerator in in the room. Situated on the first floor of a block of apartments with a lot of small family run restaurants a few paces in each direction. A few minutes walk frm the main bus routes. 1. Hospitality - Massimo was amaising! We were arriving very late and he arranged a car for our trip which was a very good advice indeed! His recommendations for the restaurants are stellar. We were running a marathon on Sunday and he even prepared us breakfast in our room so we could have it earlier than when the restraurant openned. He is really a great host!
