We were lucky to have our room up graded, and was even asked what room we would like. We had a choice of the Red or green. We chose the Red,lol. The Food in the Resturant was good. Staff were really helpful throughout the whole stay. Restaurant has very good food. Pools clean and lifeguard was always on duty. Bungalow was spotless on arrival, a few ants but there was insecticide spray there for you and once we sprayed it they were gone. Good atmosphere. Hotel has very good location, a bit away from the noisy centre, with the direct view to the lake. Room has all necessary facilites. There is nice pool in the hotel. Restaurant/bar has the terrace with the lake view. Especial thanks to all ladies at the reception who has helped to organize the surprise for my husband's birthday (boat trip at Garda) and recommended very good restaurants at the city.
