  We've stayed in hotels all over the world, and I have to say that this was one of our favorites. The price can't be beat for such a wonderful stay! There were bathrobes and slippers for each guest, the beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were fabulous, especially the shower. The manager and staff were so friendly and helpful. They even brought out hot chocolate f - The customer service is one of the best I've seen in many years. We were running late and about 20:00 the hotel contacted me to know if we were coming before they close the reception at 21:00 and also to know if we wanted to have dinner upon our arrival. The hotel and the room is very modern decorated and spacious, suited me well. The view is 10/10, just on the banks of the river.   Great Concept, unique design, very friendly people, new hotel. We arrived late and had a warm welcome. The kitchen prepared food even late for us. There is a garage.   Everything. From the moment we booked, we were treated like first class clients with an introductory email sent to us to thank us for booking, asking us if there was anything they could do to help. We'll be back as often as - We really loved the warm welcome from Uta and Francesco, quite overwhelming! Nice little upgrade to the junior suite which overlooked the quiet rear courtyard. We were offered eating suggestions for Bergamo and a little map, umbrella incase etc. Just so helpful in everyway The location of the hotel was ideal walking distance to city alta .Fantastic views and nice little bars/restaurants.

The personnel unusual friendly and helpful. 15 minutes drive to the Garda lake, good pizzeria in Solferino. Close to very good aqua park and Garda Land.
