We've stayed in hotels all over the world, and I have to say that this was one of our favorites. The price can't be beat for such a wonderful stay! There were bathrobes and slippers for each guest, the beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were fabulous, especially the shower. The manager and staff were so friendly and helpful. The customer service is one of the best I've seen in many years. We
were running late and about 20:00 the hotel contacted me to know if we
were coming before they close the reception at 21:00 and also to know if
we wanted to have dinner upon our arrival. The hotel and the room is
very modern decorated and spacious, suited me well. The view is
10/10, just on the banks of the river. The breakfast is very good if

Great Concept, unique design, very friendly people, new hotel. We arrived late and had a warm welcome. The kitchen prepared food even late for us. There is a garage. The wellness area is brand new and very nice. Good breakfast in the sunny garden. We absolutely recommend this hotel. -

We really loved the warm welcome from Uta and Francesco, quite
overwhelming! Nice little upgrade to the junior suite which overlooked
the quiet rear courtyard. We were offered eating suggestions for Bergamo
and a little map, umbrella incase etc. Just so helpful in everyway The
location of the hotel was ideal walking distance to city alta .Fantastic
views and nice little bars/restaurants.

One of the best hotels we have yet stayed in: excellent location (right in the middle of Livigno), friendly and efficient staff, clean, functional and beautiful room, excellent breakfast, free (and good) WiFi. Because it is a no-smoking hotel there was no hint of that horrible stale smoke smell one so often gets in other hotels. -

We have spent two days at Lefay hotel in Gargnano, a spectacular five star hotel over the hills surrounding Garda lake. Everything was fine, the breathless view, the modern large rooms, confortable and well equipped, the SPA, a jewel integraded in a low impact structure, with two fantastic pools (one warm for winter time) and five different saunas

Room very spacious and clean.
The best breakfast buffet we've ever had in a resort.

Everything was perfect. Great accommodation (even the extra bed was great, not just pull-out couch that you normally see). Very good breakfast with quality products. Restaurant was also great, 4* quality with 2* prices. Private parking, AC that works all day even if you are not in the room , fridge and even an ergonomic pillow !! I would recommend

The place is like a dream. The location of the hotel (city center of a lovely old town) is just great, the view from the restaurant very romantic. The rooms are very comfortable/big. The personnel unusual friendly and helpful. 15 minutes drive to the Garda lake, good pizzeria in Solferino. Close to very good aqua park and Garda Land.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff: We arrived after midnight and forgot to print out direction to the hotel. The owner, who has stayed up to wait for us, drove out to pick us up and show us the way to the hotel.

After reading all the great reviews, our expectations were really high, but they still managed to exceed. It is a great place to have a relaxing holiday in a peacefull place. Rooms and all the house is beautifully renovated, modern but cosy. Food in the restaurant is amazingly good. We felt very welcome there by the owners. All in all just go there and enjoy!

We were delighted with the welcome we received by Proprietor, Luara. on arrival and from then on with the friendliness of all the staff. Our room in the Villa, overlooking the lake,was a sheer delight, and to receive a cheery greeting each morning entering the dining room started the day off with a swing. All amenities were very good. I had read on a review that WiFi was "crap". This was not the case at all. We have recommended Villa Torretta to two friends and we only arrived back in Australia
