Excellent accommodation, close to the airport - ideal for catching an early morning flight. Very spacious, especially for the teenagers in the group who loved their mezzanine quarters. Would definitely return to this accommodation. -

Location is right in the heart of the historic centre. Beside many good restaurants and the ferry boats. Spotlessly clean! Lovely themed rooms with lilac featuring heavily but worked well. We stayed in Audrey which has balcony over looking square and you can see the lake as well. The day we arrived was a Sunday and we had been advised to come early due to the cycle race and the Harley Davidson rally. So glad we did as Simione was filled to capacity! Very large and comfortable rooms with great views of the lake and mountains. Our hosts were very helpful and recommended an excellent nearby restaurant for dinner. It's our one of best place during the vacation. Our family had wonderful time and very much enjoy to stay there. The location is perfect to visit Como Lake. The view from the balcony was fantastic, full equipment kitchen. The owner is very nice, friendly and helpful. We would like to come back again!!

We absolutely loved this B&B. Pietro met us at the train station in Olcio (a lovely surprise!). He and Maria were so lovely and couldn't do enough to look after us. We had the attic room on the top of the house which was spacious and had amazing views of Lake Como. We even had our own kitchen!

and how to organize your sightseeing activities. Perfect location - nice
view, quite place and easy access to all places to visit by car/boat
(optional). Parking in place is really important for this area.

Just been recently renovated. Extremely clean, comfortable and very friendly service. On arrival offered a cup of coffee or tea. Very welcomed after a long trip. Helpful and flexible. Lovely breakfast. Freshly baked croissants each morning. Would definitely go back. Great for families or couples. Owner was preparing newly renovated self contained apartments. I am sure they will be beautiful like the one we stayed in.

The guest house is situated approximately 5min walk from the Bellano. We had a car and thought it was an excellent base with fantastic views from our lake side room.
Anita who owns and runs the guest house goes out of her way to accommodate you. Breakfast was good with freh bread every morning and many other options. The guest house is a lovely house with a fireplace and large terrace to enjoy summer and winter.

We just stayed one night to catch early morning flight from Bergamo Airport. Location is perfect, 15 minutes drive to- from the Airport.
We stayed in the family room with beautiful Terace-Garden.
Even we left very early in the morning, the owner prepared some sandwiches for us as take away.
Sure will stay also next time.

Nice and clean rooms which seemed newly renovated. Breakfast buffet in the morning which you could eat on the lovely balcony or in your room. You were also welcome to grab a coffee or tea at anytime. -

The welcome was very lovely and the owner was kind in making good recommendations for places to eat on two very rainy evenings.
The rooms with ceiling frescoes are high and very appealing.
The breakfasts were a refreshing surprise with salad plates presented along with cereal and fresh fruit.

Family owned & run, very clean well equipped converted house. Wifi, iPod dock, a lot of attention to detail. Husband speaks excellent English, long'ish walk to centre of town but short taxi ride or hire bikes from the city scheme - a lovely way to get around. We were a bit worried about backing onto the railway, but even back room the noise was negligible. Recommended
