arrival to sit down with us and map out an amazing itinerary to maximize

Perfect location , near the Metro Station Ottaviano and at walking
distance from Vatican Museum and Saint Peter Church. Room and bathroom
are clean and of a good dimension. Breakfast is good and with different
choices. Owners are very kind and full of information to visit Rome and
location where to eat good quality food at cheap price. A 24 hours
bakery is beside the structure and a good ice cream shop few meters
away. A perfect location where to stay in Rome.

Location was so convenient. We walked everywhere. Loved being near
Piazza Navone. Lots of restaurants and shops close by. We stayed in the
smallest room but every amenity was provided with good taste and
thoughtfulness. Mini fridge was stocked with drinks and snacks at no

The staff's attention to detail and service was impeccable. From the
moment we arrived we were greeted with coffee while we waited to be
checked in. The room was the cutest thing ever with a window overlooking
the streets of Rome (it felt like a movie). Breakfast was served on time
and there was so much to choose from. When it was time for us to check
out, the staff went out of their way to get us to the airport on time.
Three days after our stay we realized we forgot our IPad in the safety
box

La scelta di questo b&b è stata del tutto fortuita: poichè dovevamo
stare a Roma per studio/lavoro, ci serviva un "appoggio"
per una sola notte: dopo aver consultato un paio di siti abbiamo optato
per Casa Martina: pensavamo ad un posto ben tenuto a un prezzo

Absolutely loved it, would stay there again any time. The room was spacious, nice and clean, and the bed very comfortable. Gianluca and Agostino were super friendly and helpful, providing us with two walking tours of Rome which covered many of the major sights, sustained by a big breakfast. Their recommendations also helped us to avoid the longest tourist lines at the Colosseum and the Vatican museums. Gianluca our host could not be more welcoming or helpful. Nothing was too much. Planning walks to make the best use of time and packing in the sites, recommending local restaurants etc. Casa Martini was a fantastic location, within walking distance to all the sites but also close to the metro if you want to save your legs . It is modern and very well appointed. We loved the fact we had the use of a kitchen if we wanted fully stocked with tea, coffee, milk and cookies!

Although we did not like the breakfast Alex was very zealous to do the best he could - he even got some lactose-free milk for us when he heard one of us does not tolerate lactose although we did not ask him for it.

The location was excellent. It is a quiet, clean and comfortable accommodation with air con and a small refrigerator in in the room. Situated on the first floor of a block of apartments with a lot of small family run restaurants a few paces in each direction. A few minutes walk frm the main bus routes. We liked everything about this cosy and home away from home hotel. The location is perfect for shopping and sightseeing - a 1 minute walk to Spanish steps. Lots of cafes and restaurants in the area, a food store is 5 min walk.
