Good location on a quiet street, adjacent to one of the main street of the city, allows to get quickly to the all historical areas and of Rome.
Clean renovated rooms, comfortable bed and lovely linens - a great opportunity to rest and recover after 10-12 hours of walking around the city.

value for money. extremely comfortable and clean.Please bear in mind that it is guest house and not a hotel. Even though the checheck in time is only till 2PM, on prior information the lady kept on waiting for us till we arrived at 9PM. Real value for money. -

Wonderful place, felt like home, Irina is extremely friendly, I stayed alone for 4 nights, the location is excellent, a two minute walk from Saint Peter's Square and a three minute walk from San Pietro's Train Station. Breakfast is open all day so you can basically wake up whenever you want! Loved it.

The metro was a couple of blocks away and we could easily get to all
the tourist attractions. We were right next to the Vatican and a 2
minute walk to St Peter's Square, and were lucky enough to be at
the b and b on the day the new Pope was chosen .... which made our trip
something to remember forever. Wi-fi worked perfectly. Lots of bars and
cafes and restaurants nearby to choose from in the evening. Massimo was
great and made sure everything ran smoothly at the b and B. Why are

The hotel was very close to the Vatican, extremely clean, Roberto and the other staff were great. This was a last minute booking and I lucked out finding it since it was extremely busy in Rome on that weekend. I was very pleased with everything.

Near to Colisseum with about 10 minutes leisure walk. Family room huge with living & bedroom. Satellite TV with plenty of channels & you can set it to English language. In room personalised breakfast is very impressed & appreciated. Near to restaurant, mini mart, gift shops & metro station. The staff (all) were very welcoming,and went that one extra step, my husband and I stayed for 4 nights and had the room near the entrance yes you could hear everyone coming in, but a small thing.
