  The place has street car parking and the facilities clean and comfortable. The room with balcony is very refreshing with quiet surrounds. Roberto is very hospitable and helpful. I like the coffee maker and practical breakfast in the room. There is ample soft drinks provided in the room too with a fridge. Close to all tourist places.   It was my husband's and my first trip to Rome. The location to the Vatican n most of the famous sights in Rome was fantastic. It took us 10 mins to walk to meet our tour guide for the St Peter Bacilica and Sistine Chapel tour. We walked everywhere, as it was .very easy and convenient. Jun always smil - Great location - 10 min. walk from Vatican! Subway and other public transport is nearby. Good for car travellers - it's possible to find a parking place in front of the hotel. Great variety of breakfast (we were able to choose what we would like). Big and clean room! Nice view from the window. Gabi and all the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definately recommend this hotel!

  Staff- Stefano was extremely helpful made absolutely everything we needed available including late check-out.
