Very friendly owner who made us a coffee when we arrived and showed us the main attractions on the map.
Owner spoke only a little English but we muddled through and was part of the experience.
Nice spacious room.
Excellent double glazed windows meant it was quiet at night even in a busy and noisy area.
Location was excellent with all sites within walking distance and the train and metro stations 5 mins walk away.
I would stay here again if I ever returned to Rome and would have no hesitation i

Location - Perfect. A residential high-end area, quiet and safe. As for its "alleged" isolation, the bus does stop at 50 meters from the hotel.
Room design - Clever and practical.
Amenities - More than what a normal 3-star hotel usually offers.

We used this hotel for a two day city break prior to a Med cruise from Civitavecchia. The hotel is brilliantly located as it is 2 mins walk from Termini Station where the airport express train terminates and also trains run regularly from Termini to the port. Good location on a quiet street, adjacent to one of the main street of the city, allows to get quickly to the all historical areas and of Rome.

Seeing the hotel from outside might be a bit shocking but u can easily get used to it.
The manager of the hotel came down personally to great us. He showed us around the room and gave us a local map explaining the whereabouts.
The room was very clean, spacious. With all the extras: Fridge, cooker, nespresso machine, TV, hairdryer. All the cutleries .
Very close walking distance to the Vatican and only 5 to 10mins by taxi to Colloseo.

Nice and cozy rooms with new modern furniture. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, they recommended very good restaurants in Rome and also helped us find some of the locations we wanted to visit. It's a small place, but very clean and with a good vibe, we felt safe and it was a pleasure to come back after a day walking.
Breakfast was simple, don't expect more than for a typical 2 stars hotel, but we found it enough for all tastes. The rest of the hotel however was much above 2 stars.
