Very elegant hotel - beautiful interior design, gorgeous gardens, stately architecture, large room and very nice bathroom (bidet was a special touch) with lovely Italian ceramic tile. The design of the hotel was wonderful and the attempt at using less electricity with a card system and that the air conditioning went off when you opened the balcony door was impressive. The ride up the hill at hourly intervals was great after a long day

The vertical distance from entry level to the sea side pool has to be 15 floors next to a cliff, with the guest rooms located in the top 5 floor from the entry. My wife and I travelled to this hotel as part of our honeymoon and we were not disappointed. The town itself it beautiful and the hotel is located in the very best location - right on the beach so you get a view of the sea, the throngs of tourists and the town - however when we sat on our balcony we felt it was also very peaceful and relaxed - like a small oasis.
