  Very nice design. Hotel is situated not far away from historical and shopping center (15-20 min by walk). A lot of restaurants near the hotel. 24 hours Courrefour in 5 minutes. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Clean. WiFi works. - The hotel is great, really fancy, staff extremelly attentive and kind. Is just outside the old town in what look like a new business area of Milan. Great breakfast with a lot of options. The room we stayed was in the last floor with no windows, like an attic. May sound weird, but was really cozy and with a fake hera climbing the walls. Great value for money!

  I receptionist erano tutti molto cortesi e sempre disponibili. La fermata della metro proprio di fronte all'albergo. La camera era bella, pulita e senza moquettes, con vasca idromassaggio. Dalla terrazza sul tetto si godeva una vista splendida di Milano.   I have always found the Carlton to have all ready upon my arrival. My room was available and all was in order. The staff is always very helpful and informative. You cannot beat the location of the hotel to the great shops.
