  Huh, everything! The place is minimalist, beautiful clean rooms, the breakfast provided is fantastic, and the location is in the middle of a very nice shopping area. I think I'd - This boutique hotel is fantastic - Fillipo and his staff were amazing and very helpful - especially with transport and getting to and from Venice. It is a well designed and superbly fitted out apartment style rooms. Mestre is a great option to stay rather than to fight getting yourself and luggage to Venice island which is a 15 minute bus ride to Venice. Legrenzi Rooms are located close to the bus and train station and a great restaurant and bar plus shopping is right outside the door!

  Nice, friendly and cosy. Only a hop step and a jump to the rail and bus stations.No lift but staff very helpful with our luggage. - Very close to train station, Tommy (owner) is very friendly. Morning breakfast is nice.

It was our first - The hotel is a family business that make us feel like we have our own apartment in Venice itself. The room is big and so confortable. There is also a coffee machine and breakfast with a frigo in side the room. The owner is so friendly and helpful. They provide us the best Info for the trip in Venice. I really love the service. The location is perfect. Just 5 mins by walking to the bus stop to Venice and 10 mins to the railway station Venice Mestre.

  Letteralmente fantastico. E' la prima volta che faccio una recensione, di solito non ho voglia di perderci tempo. Ma in questo caso devo ringraziare i padroni di questa piccola perla. Sono stati fantastici, si preoccupano di qualsiasi cosa tu abbia bisogno. Zero stress e solo relax. Alle 11 di sabato sera ti vengono a prendere in città e ti riport... cosa dice la gente » ano in albergo, è quasi imbarazzante la loro disponibilità. Inoltre camere enormi, pulitissime e grande colazione, con in più la sensazione di essere - Accoglienza calorosissima ed ambiente pulitissimo. Per arrivare a Venezia, i proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e ci hanno accompagnato sia all'andata che al ritorno (dopo cena!). Il giorno della partenza abbiamo preferito avvicinarci con la nostra auto ed abbiamo agevolmente parcheggiato con soli 3 euro al giorno, a 5 minuti di bus da piazzale Roma. Consigliatissimo.

  The lady owner was very polite and was willing to help me about Venezia (how to reach there, what should I look, etc.) she also give a map from Venezia for free :) but bottom line and beside this facts, you should know that this hotel is defiantly having perfect location (only 2min from the bus and train station) strategic point as for Venezia als... cosa dice la gente » o if you want to reach to the airpot in Treviso, and all that for small amount of money! - Room was spacious and very clean. The light breakfast each morning was nice (although I'm not a fan of instant coffee). Location was great - a few minutes to the train station and a 10-minute ride into Venice St. Lucia.

  I loved the location! Bus is right in front of the church this hotel is a part of and we were never charged to take the bus and it saved us 25€ that the taxi ride is. Bus runs every 15 minutes throughout the day until 2045 and the its about every hour until midnight. We really enjoyed the breakfast that's included in the price. Pastries, cold meat... cosa dice la gente » s and cheese, bread, coffee, a variety of juices, yogurts and cereal. There's no alcohol consumption allowed on the premises or smoking, very quiet ar - Staff was very helpful, always nice and friendly. On our last day we arrived late to breakfast and they brought the food out again for us. Rooms basic but very clean, bathroom as well. Enough space to open a large suitcase and still walk around; large wardrobe. Conveniently located: 10 minute bus ride to Venice (bus right outside the hotel), free parking, free wifi that actually worked.   It is a cosy and very relaxing place with beautiful garden around, a lovely terrace to drink a cup of coffee in the morning. Nice for couples and also for families with children. The hostess is helpful and attentive. We booked this hotel for one night, but the place was so charming that we decided to stay more time. The breakfast is varied.
