We were met at the door by a member of staff who was extremely friendly
and helpful with good information about Lucca. Later we had an issue
with a door handle which was dealt with promptly. The beds were very
comfortable and location was not far from piazza where buses arrive from
Pisa airport. -

Everything about it! The location is beautiful, the restaurant food is
excellent, and the service is outstanding! We had a minor problem in our
bathroom and brought it to the staff's attention in the morning as
we were leaving for our day's outing. When we returned everything
was taken care of. Absolutely great service and value for your money.

Romantic room with high ceilings and a nice view and lovely garden for sitting outside. Staff spoke excellent English and was friendly and helpful. L'appartamento era ben arredato, funzionale e in una posizione ottima. Il parcheggio è in una zona adiacente alla villa. Tutto ottimo - L'appartamento era molto carino e ben arredato,la cordialità dello staff e la disponibilità che hanno dimostrato.

This had a great location inside the walls of Lucca! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The two bedroom apartment was perfect for a family of five (with an extra cot requested). It's the only apartment we've rented where they leave a bottle of wine at arrival for you! Such an easy walk to everything fun, comfortable sleeping, great place

Perfect, quiet location next to the piazza Napoleone. The staff gave excellent advice about parking options and even booked the parking garage for us, good service!
Casa Paolina is like having your own appartment in Lucca. Big appartments, so and ideal place to go with groups of 4-6 people.Please be aware of opening times reception: 10am till 1 pm and 3pm till 6 pm.
No breakfast, but many nice bars around.
