  Antica Dimora is a delightfully quirky place to stay. It occupies 3 sides of a courtyard; the 4th side, a 16th century chapel, S. Girolamo. The decor is authentic Sicilian; each room is different and all upper floors have balconies that look onto the courtyard. Weather permitting, breakfast is served beneath an umbrella in the courtyard. I'm writing a book on Sicily for artists and ended up staying for 5 days and adding Licata - This place was so unique. We loved staying here. The staff of one young man was so helpful and pleasant. He really cared that you would have a wonderful experience there. It is just so Sicily. Alley ways and balconys and plaster buildings with a small courtyard piazza where breakfast is served. It was a unique experience and so much better than staying in a big hotel. Very spacious and tastefully decorated in the style of old Sicily.
