  Brand new hotel, very well designed, and with a great atmosphere. Staff was really warm and welcoming. Breakfast was tasty and with a nice variety of options, accompanied by excellent coffee. Breakfast is also very nice: tasty omlet, crispy bacon, fresh salads, yoghurts and homemade cakes and pastry. Stayed in 10+ hotels in Rome, and this one is definitely a good value for money.

We booked two single rooms and sometimes in the past we have been allocated tiny, substandard rooms. The rooms at the Celio were charming, clean and the location between the Colosseo and Laterano was fabulous. This was the first time we have ventured out of the Trevi/Tritone area. (We go to Rome each year over past 15 years and this experience was one of our most enjoyable. Grazie Roberto!!

We were warmly greeted by Krizia, who helped us in every aspect from recommending tourist attractions, to restaurants, etc. We were treated incredibly and felt instantly at home.   "At forty-one" is not a "classic" hotel but 6 luxurious apartments in the forth floor of a nice building just 100m from the metro and within walking distance from everything in Rome. Fantastic customer service; looked after from well before our arrival. Decoration is in accordance to what is published. Highly suggested..... - Can't recommend this place enough! Just a few minutes walking from both Repubblica metro station and Termini. Breakfast was nice but not great, it can be improved, although the freshly baked croissants and the roman-style focaccia were very yummy. In short, I loved my stay and next time in Rome I know where to go. ;-)
