  The location was amazing,u won't get lost, very close to main train station and a plaza,staff was excellent,we found out we booked the wrong date,and we went there in the morning in the same day,the staff offered to change the date for us and just added extra charge for the weekend,she allowed us to check in even tho we didn't stay there that day.... cosa dice la gente » - The best thing I like was location very close to city centre and bus, railway station. Staff lady at desk was very helpful. Breakfast was in nearby restaurant and was ok even though not filling. Family room is spacious.WiFi was working well at all times.   It was only about a 10 minute walk from the Florence train station. Hotel was easy to find & has an elevator to the 3rd floor. We had a large room that did not have any street noise. The rooms are furnished with Ikea type furniture - sort of stark. We had windows that opened. We didn't need heating or cooling when we were there. During our stay, my boyfriend celebrated his b-day. Imagine our surprise when we arrived at breakfast room and found Gina with a millefoglie cake and champagne for us both! The staff were very polite and helpful. There was plenty of choice when it came to breakfast time. I had a nice, clean room overlooking the bustling piazza and the Medici chapels. The (double) double-glazed windows shut out any traffic noise overnight. I would definitely recommend it.
