The location is perfect, the area is safe, max. 10 min. walk to the dome, about 15 min. walk to the port, 20 min. to Via Toledo. The hotel is smart, very clean, really good value for the price you can use everything in the kitchen, the host is really-really nice and helfpul, even if they doesn't speak much English, but it wasn't a problem at all.

Actually, this hotel is reconstructed from an appartment. There are 3 rooms in one flat with private bathroom and toilette. and also one salon for share and breakfast. The host leave the food, tea, coffee in the salon. the location is near the histrical center, very convenience. I think it's good value for money.

Great location - easy walking distance to the Cathedral and the National Archaeological Museum which were top of our list. Restaurants near by are very nice. Staff were friendly and very helpful. B&B is located in a set of flats/apartments right in the hustle and bustle of busy Naples. -

The best asset of this hotel is the staff who were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was very well-appointed and very comfortable. Breakfast was typically continental, with a lot to choose from. It was served in a fabulous baroque dining room. We wanted to explore the historic centre of Naples and this hotel is well-located to do so. This is just perfect hotel with a location at Spaccanapoli, close to Santa Chiara. You cant go wrong by staying here.
There are a few issues though. First there is no breakfast, no food at all. You will get a meal ticket, you can use this to pay for a coffe and a croissant at the coffe bar at Piazza S. Domenico Maggiore, a 7 min walk from the hote

The hotel is on the second floor, so plenty of stairs, but Vincent was on hand to help with our bags. We had a large double room with en suite shower room, and a small balcony facing Santa Chiara. You're right in the middle if the historical centre of the city with easy access to all the churches etc. the room was clean and if you kept the French doors to the balcony closed, you couldn't hear any traffic noise at all. The ceiling fan was a welcome addition. Breakfast was in a square round

that's an oasis in the centre os naples! we reached the hotel by foot from the central railway ctation - there was rubbish everywhere while we were going, but caracciolo appeared like a miracle)) by the way, naples has it's own charm and i like it, but the difference is enormous on the first sight)) -

La posizione è davvero ottima : tutto quello che c'è da vedere a Napoli è facilmente raggiungibile in breve tempo, a piedi o con i mezzi pubblici. Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile, la stanza era molto grande e pulita. -

Per la nostra mini-vacanza abbiamo scelto questo B&B in via Toledo
(via simpaticamente trafficata) alloggio composto da 4 camere, di notte
molto silenziose, che ci hanno permesso di riposare tranquillamente
dopo giornate intensissime a spasso per la bellissima città.
L'ambiente é molto famigliare, pulito e il titolare simpaticamente

Mi e' piaciuta la posizione strategica,a Via Toledo, con una
passeggiata di mezz'ora si arriva a Piazza Plebiscito. E poi,
sotto il b&b ci sono trattorie, negozi, veramente comodo. Ottima
pulizia della stanza, le lenzuola profumavano, il condizionatore
riscaldava perfettamente. E poi, lo staff gentilissimo, ho potuto
rimanere fino al pomeriggio, senza dover lasciare la stanza la
mattina. Mi sono trovata benissimo
