  The location is excellent, right near Vatican city. We were in the Michelangelo suite and had a nice view of the city. There is a very good restaurant right around the corner, just start walking towards the museum entrance and its the first one on the right. Also excellent gelato down stairs. Bathroom was very nice and clean. Breakfast was incl - The metro was a couple of blocks away and we could easily get to all the tourist attractions. We were right next to the Vatican and a 2 minute walk to St Peter's Square, and were lucky enough to be at the b and b on the day the new Pope was chosen .... which made our trip something to remember forever. Wi-fi worked perfectly. Lots of bars and cafes and restaurants nearby to choose from in the evening. Massimo was great and made sure everything ran smoothly at the b and B. Why are people pointin

Irina was extremely friendly and helpful, our room was comfortable and clean, and we controlled our air conditioning (a huge plus after 12 hours of walking!). Breakfast is open all day so you can basically wake up whenever you want! Loved it.

The room was perfect in every way!, the view of the Vatican was breathtaking and it was brilliant to be able to sit and watch the local residents go about there daily business... Very welcoming and informative about Rome and places to visit. The room was clean but I feel a tad on the small side and quite basic in its layout. Nice bathroom. You could help yourself to refreshments whenever you want. Breakfast was served in your room as there was no kitchen or dining room. this was at an agreed time with hosts. This was a continental breakfast and consisted of toast, croissants, yogurt and drinks. This was plenty.

  I loved the white beddings,towels and even floor mats,it says a lot about their committment to hygiene. Although I got lost and checked in almost 3 hrs later than discussed,the staff was very patient and friendly. - Great location by the Vatican and bus to/from Rome fco.
