  Absolutely wonderful staff who provided great recommendations for eating out and getting around the city, and just extremely friendly. Our room was very spacious and attractive, and the rooftop patio provided a wonderful view of Verona.   If I could give La Torre 6 stars for staff & location, I would! Signora Lucia made sure she drew us up a complete tour tailor-made to our available time in Verona, along with excellent recommendations for gelato, dinner, etc. She is an absolute gem. Nice breakfast (including lovely pastries from nearby bakery), good-sized room, very clean, only 1 flight up (but lift available - Everything about the B&B was perfect. In the heart of the old city, the B&B is ideally situated just off the main shopping street and only a few minutes walk from the arena, Piazza Erbe, Romeo and Juliet's houses. The B&B rooms cannot be faulted. They are furnished to the highest standard and with great style. They are well equipped down to the tiniest detail! Breakfast was outstanding and nothing was too much for the adorable Signora Lucia. A truly amazing stay. We will return!

  The place was amazin. We stayed for one night, which was my first stay in Italy, and it was amazin. The room was gorgeous, it was very clean and quite, and the service was excellent. We asked for a bottle of prosecco to be placed in our room during our opera visit and found it with a nice personal note in the fridge on our return.   This place is a real find! Very peaceful upscale street within one block of the verona arena where the operas are held! This was wonderful as the opera ended at 1AM and it took me only 2 minutes to get 'home'. No better place to stay if going for the opera. Modern, slightly funky room that faced a large courtyard shared with other buidlings. Thus very quiet room while also giving air and light! Fel - Mino was excellent- so helpful and friendly. He offered us plenty of advice on what to do and where to eat around. The place was fantastic, great location, clean, spacious.
