Osservare che non tutte le stanze hanno finestre che danno all'esterno, a me è capitata una stanza con presa di luce (opaca) sul soffitto e una piccola finestrella nel bagno. - Ho apprezzato molto la posizione centrale dell'hotel e la spaziosità della camera (suite 1)

  Thanx to other opinions I knew that check-in is situated in another hotel (Piram) and hadn't no problems. The room was clean and spacious, as well as the bathroom. Hotel is situated very close to the Termini station, so there are no problems with reaching of the centre of the city on foot or with metro or bus. Plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops in the area, plus a couple of mini-markets. Daily room-service. All necessary things in the room including toiletries. Neat and tastefully furnished rooms. Great for the money!

Furth - I loved the fact that it is a small hotel, and the service is personalised, flexible and very friendly. It is very quiet, there is not a lot of coming and going, and the rooms are quiet, comfortable and relaxing. Beautiful bathroom and toiletries with a lovely big bath. Fabulous! It is also a short walk to the station, which was a big advantage. It is close to the metro, and if you like walking it is an enjoyable walk to most attractions.

  Its great to know Rome, you really can't be closer to the center, 5 mins fron the Spanish Steps, 15 mins from Piazza Venecia, 25 mins from the Forum, Coliseum and Palatino! This is a guest-house consisting of half a floor in an older building, not a hotel, so don't expect hotel services. The location can't be beat and the price is right. I would definitely stay - The hostel is located near the main train terminal and also close to most attractions. Staff was kind and helpful, specially Mario who created personalized itineraries for each day of our stay and gave great tips. We stayed in a private room, it was comfortable and it had a big enough bathroom. Value for this room was OK since something similar would have been more expensive in any other hotel this close to the city center.
