  It's very close to Garibaldi railway station and to Piramide metro station. About 15 min going by foot to the Coliseum. 2 fruit shops are very close. And lots of pizzerias and small kafes. The owner is very friendly and helpful, we were in touch by email before our arriving. Yes, it's better to know the phone number to send a messege or to make a call to get into. The staff is very friendly and help - Everything was perfect! Room was big, clean and well-organized with new facilities. There's plenty of breakfast and also automatic coffee machine. You can cook your meal with full kitchen and microwave. Staff and owner were very friendly. They were always in contact even in the evening I was wondering how to turn on the air-conditioner. Bathroom was clean and spacious too. I will absolutely stay here again if I go to Rome!

Nearby easy tram ride to centre of Rome and, in opposite direction, to main train station providing direct train to Fiumicino airport. - The owners were very very kind, always smiling and ready to help us in anything we needed.   I had a very pleasant stay at Caligola resort and hereby recommend it to everyone! The location is just great, nearby to Trastevere. Room was perfect, with a good bed and bathroom, big TV and nice balcony. Everything was cleaned daily. Roberto, the owner and his daughter and son are very friendly and helpful.
