This hotel has a perfect location, about 7 min walk from Fontana Di Trevi and within a walk distance to Colosseum, Vittorio, Pantheon, Spanish steps etc.
Our room was small but clean and quiet, and after all we didn´t spend so much time in the room.
The staff was very friendly – they offered happy hour every day and we missed it every day. But when we came back to the hotel in the night they had placed two glasses of Prosseco and some canape´s in our room :-)

We liked everything about this cosy and home away from home hotel. The location is perfect for shopping and sightseeing - a 1 minute walk to Spanish steps. Lots of cafes and restaurants in the area, a food store is 5 min walk. The owning couple of the hotel (Natalya and her husband) were extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgebable and also nice partners in conversation.I was met by Natalya- a very friendly lady who gave an informative introduction to the city of Rome. Was our first time in Rome and Townhouse Spagna's location was perfect for sight seeing. We found it a perfect base to just stroll the streets and find all the various monuments at each corner.
Townhouse Spagna is located near the Spanish Steps and is a trendy part of town where all the nice boutiques are. Great city living.

Town House Spagna is conveniently located in an alley right by the
Spanish Steps. As soon as I made a last minute booking for same day
check in, they called me to make sure I was okay to find the place and
provided directions. When we checked in, we were upgraded to a bigger
room free of charge which is always a nice surprise. Town House Spagna
is a very cute boutique style hotel and has very pretty furnishings. We
had a short stay but it was a pleasant one.

The location of Dolce Vita is perfect! You are right near the Forum, Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon and Spanish Steps! There are many restaurants, cafes and a supermarket nearby. Taxis and buses very close too. The apartment was roomy enough for the 4 of us and although the kitchen facilities were fairly basic it was fine for our 5 day stay.

Perfect for a family with young children. Plenty of room for all of us to spread out. Kitchen was perfect for breakfast in our apartment. The apartment was very modern and updated but still charming. Staff was the highlight - super recommendations for tours and restaurants; very helpful - told us exactly the fare to pay for the taxi; extremely accommodating when we arrived at midnight after a late flight - we will definitely return!

The room was perfect. Modern, comfortable like our own mini apartment in Rome. Vey clean. The bed was excellent. Theres no noise what so ever and where the hotel location is execelent. I was really pleased with everything. I highly recomend this hotel. -

The staff's attention to detail and service was impeccable. From the
moment we arrived we were greeted with coffee while we waited to be
checked in. The room was the cutest thing ever with a window overlooking
the streets of Rome (it felt like a movie). Breakfast was served on time
and there was so much to choose from. When it was time for us to check
out, the staff went out of their way to get us to the airport on time.
Three days after our stay we realized we forgot our IPad in the safety
box
