  Location is excellent in - walking distance to most major attractions. Lots of good restaurants close by. Room size was great, very spacious and very clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel arranged an airport pick up and drop off for us which was helpful. We rented bikes from a small bike shop close by (details were at the reception), and saw even more of the city. Just be careful of t - Location is great! Breakfast - in the room or on the common terrace - very good. This is a b&b on the 2nd floor of an old block, and once you get to the 2nd floor it's excellent, the rooms are large, well fitted out, clean and well serviced. However, although the booking photos show the plaza, the entrance to the building is a steel barred gate on a small side street which the taxi found tough to locate. The initial impression from the entrance gate is therefore not as expected.

  The location is within walking distance of many sights. The staff is friendly and available for all our needs. The room was nice and clean and comfortable.   The room was just fabulous. Obviously newly renovated, and done so with great thought and love, the location is excellent right in the heart of Rome. We stayed in silver room, which pleasantly surprised me with its size, decoration, impeccable cleanliness, and the view. Extremely welcoming - These are apartments, and not a typical hotel as there is no on-site overnight management. Aside from that, the rooms were modern and spacious, beds were comfortable, bathroom had modern features and our room overlooked a busy Rome street. Ronan couldn't have been more helpful and arranged to have a car take us to the airport, which was much less that a taxi would cost.   Decor - modern and appealing Breakfast was an added bonus, not normally expected in an apartment. Excellent location. - Rome is a great place to visit,we found the Romans friendly people but bad drivers(some insults were transmitted),having rented bikes made all the difference to visit the city,amazingly few people cycle around,the food is great ... cosa dice la gente » and the historical mambojambo is absolutely brilliant,staying in the middle of a city does mean you get woken by loud Italian men in the morning.....and they say women talk!!!....duh...   Really warm welcome from the staff. We were given a city map when we arrived and the main sights and how long it takes to get there were pointed out. We were 20-25 minute walk from the furthest sight which was really convenient. Really, really close to a lovely little square with bars and restaurants. (Croissants, muffins, jams/butter/nutella, yoghurts, juice, milk, cereal) and the maid will m - Very cosy and comfortable appartments not far from Trastevere and all sights. There were all necessary staff fresh towels, breakfast (either hot dishes), laundry service, air conditioner, free wi-fi. Owners were very nice and hospitable, were ready to help and to share the useful information. Thank you, Ladies! Moreover, near the appartments there was market with fresh vegs and fruits.

  Giorgio was great all the time and very friendly, the bathroom and room was very clean and very nice decorated and the heat worked perfect. We had some trouble with the internet (problems of the internet service company, not of the hotel) and Giorgio solved it the next day. (Just to be clear, this is not so much a hotel as an apartment rental, so don't expect lobby, etc. you would expect from a hotel.)

  A very nice room, kind of romantic :).( italian style ) If you looking for something special more then hotel.. nice but not luxury.. this is the right place. and I realy do recommend that one. - Ideal location!!! Rather small but very clean rooms. Staff is very helpful! Certainly recommend.
