  Lo staff dell'hotel è estremamente cordiale, efficiente e disponibile. Fin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti in maniera molto cordiale ma nel contempo veramente professionale.   Hotel Bocaccio was in such a fabulous location, I would have been pleased even if it offered only mediocre accommodations. However, this was not the case. Patty, the hotel owner, was friendly and helpful even before I arrived, responding promptly to my emails, providing me with the information I requested. Hotel Bocaccio is clean, comfortable, and mee - Great hotel and great deal ! was meeting family in rome and didnt want to spend a lot on a room for just one nite. This was a great option! Room was very comfortable, hotel was easy to fine (short walk from the barberini stop on the subway) and really just very pleasant. Cant comment on the shared shower as I left early in the am and didnt use it. Bathroom (toilet room which was separate) was very clean though

  The location was great. Right near the Monti neighborhood and close to the major sites (without being too close). There were some great restaurants (a Tre Scalini was fantastic) and shopping nearby and also a very local feeling. We very easily walked to the Piazza Monti and hung out by the fountain with drinks several nights. Our hosts were very... cosa dice la gente » nice and helpful. We enjoyed being pleasantly greeted every time we came back to our room. Wifi was very good, no problems. The room had many conven - I stayed in this hotel with my wife and two daughters for 4 days. The location is perfect for visiting the different sites in Rome. The Colosseum and other nearby attractions is just a 10 to 15 mins. walk from the hotel. Going to Vatican, bus stop for bus #40 is just around the corner. Trevi fountain is also just a 15 min walk from the hotel. The staff Catalina was very helpful. The room was so clean and made up everyday. Wifi is free and fast. Good restaurants are also aplenty in Via del Serpe
