Room was about 100metres away from reception (different building) at the other end of building , opposite the street. Welcomed by a big roman wooden door, which was an unique experience. Excellent location in the heart of Rome, very good price for high season. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Standard Italian breakfast with lovely croissants, ask for a fresh coffee, not from the machine. We asked for first floor rooms and got them. Could not fault for the price, and I would stay again. -

colosseum, pantheon, Trevi fountain, and Spanish quarter. It is also
right around the corner from the metro and down the street from Termini
Station, which runs to one of the airports in Rome. There are also a
number or good restaurants of all prices very near, within 10 minutes
walking at a leisurely pace. The staff was very friendly and helpful,
giving tips on how to get into the Colosseum and Roman Forum without

The old guy in the reception was very friendly and helpful. He was

Location, it's great especially if one travels by train. Roma termini train station is less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel is also easy to find. In addition, you can walk to main sightseeing sites.
The hotel is very clean and the staff are very welcoming and are willing to accommodate your needs. The room we got was pretty spacious, which is nice especially if you have a lot of luggage.
