Simone and Irene were absolutely lovely, nothing was a problem, meeting
us from the airport car rental and finding a parking space for us near
the b & B. Rooms were all beautiful, Irene has beautiful taste. The
breakfast was gorgeous including, strawberries, chickpea omelette,

We especially liked our guest, Irene, who was so very polite and helpful, giving us all the necessary info about where to eat, which by the way, if you're a fan of pizza, then you should definitely try Le Scuderie - best pizza in town :)
We also loved our room, Magnolia, the perfect melange between classic and contemporary with a lot of design objects.
And last but not least, the location was perfect, with a beautiful view over the Piazza Vittorio Emanuelle II. Oh, and the breakfast was delicio

The service at B&B dei Cavalieri was welcoming and the value for money was very reasonable. The interior was cosy and styled perfectly to reflect Italy.
The accommodation was within good walking distance from the train station, however, at first we found it difficult to find. On reflection I should have printed of the exterior picture to remember what it looked like. The breakfast was a fantastic spread.

Michele, the owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very helpful on advising us how to reach the main sights and suggested and booked a great restaurant for us. The following morning after a really good breakfast Michele drove us to the airport. I don't think I've ever had such service.

The host, Michele, was so enthusiastic about his property and Pisa. The property was superb, it had the best facilities of all establishments we visited on our tour of Italy, even tea & coffee making in the room and a computer. Motion sensing lights in the public areas, thoughtfully placed lighting in the rooms, and the bathrooms featured Michele's photographs in ceramic tiles - beautiful. he also listened to our plans and made helpful suggestions to maximise the time in Pisa. When I booked the hotel, I did not realised that there was not 24 hours reception service, but the member off staff was happy to wait for me until midnight, which was a massive help. The room and the bathroom were nice and clean, very good value for money. I also had breakfast included, which was fantastic and a very good start of the day. I was allowed to leave my luggage and collect it later. My overall experience with this hotel was very good. Thank you for a nice stay.

It was placed perfectly, 5 mins from the train/bus station, 10 mins from the Leaning Tower of Pisa. It's just off the main street in Pisa. We loved the room, it had great air conditioning. Many people here don't like the location of "Five Roses", but for me it is quite the contrary. The B&B is very easy to reach, if u decide to simply walk from the airport - literally 15 mins - walk along via dell'Aeroporto, cross the railway tracks, go down the stairs and you will face via Antonio Fratti, walk along it and the gate will be on ur left - impossible to miss!
